A study this week claimed that romance is the most common source of regret among women. I asked readers for their biggest love-life regret, and lots of you shared some mistakes, but also a healthy dose of perspective. Some said that a less-than-perfect past helped them learn how to communicate in a current relationships, or taught them important lessons about themselves. But along with that wise assessment, I uncovered some classic romantic regrets — from forgiving a cheater to leading a friend on — and I'm wondering just how common they are.
