You may wear your heart on your sleeve, but now you can wear a condom on your cell (so to speak). Yes, condom cell phone charms are all the rage among sexually active, and inactive, teens in China.



Marketed as ideal for "emergency use," adults and public health officials are skeptical. Not because they're wrapped in Hello Kitty, zodiac signs, and zany sayings, but because there are no expiration dates or manufacturer information. Just small text on the wrapper that says "Interesting Imported Condoms."
