A lot of women have the mistaken belief that glamorous celebs roll out of bed looking like they do on the cover of InStyle. So they scrutinize every pore and wrinkle, get plastic surgery, or just hate their looks. This video is posted not to say, "Hey, look how fug they are" without makeup, but instead to say, "Hey, they look like the rest of us" without makeup artists and PhotoShop. Some of 'em are cute, some of 'em are plain, and let's be honest, some of 'em are plain scary without the smoke and mirrors.

Some of these are really unfair - stuff like caught running the garbage out to the curb when you're 5 minutes out of bed doesn't qualify as just "without make-up" in my opinion.
Although Pam Anderson looks much scarier in the "make-up" picture then in the one without.
1they picked the WORST pictures for the picture without make up.
2But it nice to make fun of celebrities. Kimore and Courtney looked the best.
Not really fair and super blurry!
3I love the picture of Kimora Lee Simmons. That was her mugshot. It was so fabulous.
4I think Kimora looked the best out of all of them
5a little unfair for me! esp. that im a Nicole Richie fan. they took a photo of her when she was still a little chubby and had big eye bags..
with Scarlett-- i really can't tell. she has her sunglasses on and a hoodie, go figure!
but it was worth watching it anyway
6I'm glad other people think these pics are unfair. There are always bad pictures of everyone.
7eww!man hats freakkiie stuff!!
8y'now with a lot of those pics the celebs were pulling faces and under bad ligting, givvem a brake. the made up photos were photoshopped anyway. they diddnt look so bad bless them.
9pffffffffffft
canny.
I think its good for people to see that celebs are real people. So what if they put on lots of make-up?! They're just tryin to be real.
10I think Courtney looked the best, but omggg i so agree with miss-britt, bcz if dey really do look like dat dan woow dey all need some serious beauty help & make-up is MAGIC!
11but it is hilarious, nd kind makes me feel better
12I dunno, I don't think these pictures are unfair. If anything, I think it's unfair that so many women feel bad because we don't look like celebs' made-up, Photoshopped faces. So I agree with Pawzi24—it's helpful to remember that celebrities just look like normal people without makeup and retouching.
And trust me, I used to book models for photo shoots. When you'd see their photos—with professional hair, makeup, lighting, and retouching—you'd think, "Wait, this is the same person?"
13you can't put a photo with them seeing directly at the sun, or smelling something awful, against a photo were they are smiling and posing.
if any case, we need a photo of the celebs without make up but smiling, against a photo of them with make up and posing.
so, sorry bella, but it is very very unfair to me, in fact at the point of childish (I even think that the Charlize photo is from the movie Monster)
But I do agree that is unfair that woman feel bad because they don't look like celebrities, photoshopped. But I left that to people and their rationality and common sense.
So serious of me...
14My motto: "If the barn needs painting - then paint it!" We all look better fixed up and with a little color... Everyone knows that. Where's the shocker here? By showing these celebs both ways - Is it Unfair? Fair? Unrealistic or realistic? Honest or dishonest? Who knows?
I did love the choice of music
15some of them still looked pretty!
16
Suzanne—You're in rare form today. I'm totally for women without makeup if they choose, but
no one will ever see this barn unpainted. I like my lipstick
17Ever since the drugs, Yasmeen Bleeth skin and face seems a lil messed up. Drugs are bad.
18wow! most of them looked terrible...perhaps even worse than non-celebs. their skin looks totally trashed from sun damage or drugs. but courtney cox and kimora lee simmons look good even without makeup! kudos to them!
19the song just compliments them, but they should have put beautiful by christina...now that would be better.
20The picture of Charlize looked like from the movie Monster, for which she gained a lot of weight and I'm sure had to wear "ugly" makeup.
21i don't think its unfair, makes me feel much better!
22Courtney looks good for her age. Lisa on the otherhand looks....haggish as best
23Vanessa, Yasmine, and Kimora all look cute
Lisa Kudrow and Emma Thompson? Ewwww.
24Wow.
25The picture of Charlize at least of from the movie Monster. She gained weight and had some amazing makeup artists working to make her 'ugly'.
They definitely chose some of the most unflattering pictures of the other women... That's like choosing your worst-ever photo and saying, "This is me without makeup.. Still think I'm pretty??"
It is nice to see that they are still just normal people, good pictures, bad pictures, made-up and not..
26So we're all ugly...that makes me feel better.
27Hilarious that they used that song in there! And puddlesworth, your comment is exactly what I was thinking! Hahahaha. Actually, not too much of a haha. Not really.
Side note: Linda E. looks HIDEOUS. And isn't she Ms. I wont get out of bed for less than 10 thousand a day?!?!?!
