While Carla's away, French thieves are at play.
Hundreds of intimate photos and some videos of the French first lady were stolen from the apartment of her ex-lover's brother this week. The racy images were recorded during her relationship with philosopher Raphael Enthoven, who is also the father of her son. Before she was with Raphael, she was involved with his father. But I digress.
Since her more wild days, Carla has been trying to tone down her image. Instead of taking X-rated photos, Mrs. Sarkozy is now photographed fully clothed (in designer digs) on official state visits. But this isn't the first time the public has been reminded of her risqué past. Last year a photographer released nude photos of the first lady.

ok, who the heck are these people?!!! I thought i lived in America. This site is getting boring. Sorry for who ever it offends but I totally miss Dearsugar!
1Um, she's the wife of the French president. Just because you live in America doesn't mean we can't know things about other countries (esp. the people in power).
2Plus this would have totally fit on the old DearSugar because its about what would you do if naked/comprimisng pic of you came out to the public. This post is not a strict "Carla Bruni" post, its fits because of all the recent "sexting" scandals.

3I have never had naked photos come back to haunt me, but I have been threatened! My ex-boyfriend in a fit of bitterness threatened to send some naked pics to the guy I was dating. Good reason not to piss your ex-boyfriend off, or let anyone take nude photos of you.
4I've never taken naughty pics and had them resurface...but I DID have VERY VERY naughty pictures that an ex sent me. After he cheated on me, he was very careful not to start trouble with me, because he knew I had leverage. I never used the photos against him (I'm not interested in being a criminal), but just him knowing I had them made our parting ever so much sweeter.
5I miss dearsugar too... tres is not doing it for me so far...
6I've done it- they've not come back to haunt me (yet) but I do live in fear that they will someday come out.
7I have some, but like amelioratelj, I fear that they'll come back someday to haunt me, since I don't get along with the ex who has them.
8No pics to haunt me, but just a side note on Carla Bruni. She may have had a risqué past, but we (the French) still adore her. Far more so than M. Sarkozy.
9How can anybody still be doing this in this day and age...and yet look how popular sexting is with teens.
10I have some and have some of others. All are safe and sound.
11I firmly believe that in politics people should care about economy,
12the health care system, unemployment and issues social issues important for the whole, NOT the naked pictures of the first lady.
We're French, we don't care about nudity. Everybody gets naked and does it. So what? Oooooooooh big F'ing deal... !?!
