I have conservative friends...we bond over other things. Like our mutual love of shoes, red meat, and cheezy 80's music. And I know this wasn't directed at me, but I hardly consider my liberal self Anti-American. I think both sides could definitely ease up on the stereotyping. :froggy:

Ooh, look at me. I'm all-knowing and superior. I love deregulation and I'm a bitter, gun-clinger(wielder, if you will). I worship Rush Limbaugh and hunt wolves and caribou to offer as a sacrifice to him. I believe that paying taxes is a crime and poor people are losers. I RAWK.

You know you're my hero too, Indie :hug: I read this great article about the right-wing radio talk show hosts and their techniques for keeping their listeners angry, and the first principle explained was maintaining the perception of victimization, conspiracies and the like. Interesting stuff.

Alrighty, Hainan. I'll take you at your word. It's just really interesting what goes on behind the scenes around here. Cliques and alliances, everyone has at least one. Some people take it to a whole 'nother level. It's hilarious when people take the internet so seriously. Trust me, when I leave here, I don't care about whatever personal attacks were slung my way on here. It just doesn't matter.
