You seem really cool, but Aristotle quotes, Ari Fleischer, Daily Show writers as a hero and you're from OR...not to stereotype ;), but you sound like a fellow Liberal...maybe even a Reedie Liberal at that.Seriously I do hope you and Liberty work to make sure all points of view are being expressed. It's boring and quite frankly unfair without that

Yes! A petition. Ideally, I would love to have many view points posted on CS -- not just Red/Blue. The thing that drew me to CS in the first place was that there were two different-minded posters and so many smart, fun, diverse posters commenting.Not so much now.

Thanks Kranky!!:-)As for Citizen, I will really miss her posts, but I also think that the conservative members of this board do a great job at articulating their views. While I hope that there will be some kind of balance with regard to the issues that are posted, I think the opinions about those posts will be evenly contested as usual.And I have been hoping that after the election, we'll have more of a chance to focus on issues and less on individual candidates. I can't help it....I miss the days of the early primaries when (I think) there was a little bit more variety of opinion. I think that was because even conservatives and liberals weren't really agreeing with each other. Ahh. That was fun.

Wasn't there a petition going around a couple of months back? Is it possible to have one started on this issue?I would be as upset if Liberty were replaced with a conservative. I really enjoyed that this site covered both sides. Now it seems kinda pointless.

"Is this the future of the site now that Citizen is gone?" Dude, the show will go on. This isn't the end of the world as we know it. Sugar Inc. is a business. Citizen is missed and will be missed though.
