Oh I know lilkimbo that 23/6 is a more satirical site. I'm just making a statement in general. Like I said... bad afternoon and I'm cranky. kranky - My head isn't wrapping around the last article either. And I read it twice.

I'm impressed that the bailout article also mentions that Obama wants to spend more and has no plan to pay down deficit. Realism. As for the last article, I couldn't wrap my head around it. Anyone?

The article obviously isn't supposed to be "trusted." The other captions include saying that it was called the Cold War because it's always cold in Russia. 23/6 is obviously a satirical site.

While the slide show at 23/6 is funny, I find it hard to trust an article by someone who can't label their photos correctly. The picture with the 'Kremlin' is actually St. Basil's Cathedral in Red Square right next to the Kremlin. The really should have used a picture of the Spasskaya tower to represent the Kremlin. Yeah, I know... I'm being overly critical and ticky but it's been a bad afternoon.
