Bizarre Commercial

Even after Adfreak explained the premise of this Australian commercial, it still makes no sense. In this tv spot for Nando's Restaurants, a working mom joneses for its chicken, so she has to get a patch to recover from her addiction. Problem is, because she's a stripper (?!), her clients don't like to stick cash in her g-string while she has a patch on, so she's chewing the gum now. HUH?!
