Biden's Son Deploys to Iraq, Joe Sends Off Troops Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden told his son and other Delaware National Guardsmen "my heart is full of love and pride" as their unit prepared Friday to leave for an assignment in Iraq. At a farewell ceremony outside the state capitol, Biden told the assembled members of 261st Signal Brigade that "we take comfort in the knowledge that you are the best prepared citizen soldiers" the nation has ever sent into harm's way.

McCain's son wasn't kept a secret. Cindy talked about keeping her phone on and with her at all times in case he called.

Not sure if they covered Palin's son's deployment, but if you do a search for "Palin" you get 33 pages of content. Biden only has 9. So more Biden please Citizen. Thanks!

It's dangerous for politicians to talk about their deployed children. Palin and Biden don't seem to care. At least McCain knows not to broadcast it.
