Oh, I sat through the whole thing! Me and a bottle of sparkling rosé, taking notes (literally) of every awkward, lovely, funny, and embarrassing moment of the Oscars. There were lots of uncomfortable cuts to the celebrity-packed audience. And lots of James Franco looking like he was prepping for his next film 420 Hours (he was probably just thinking up his next tweet). But we also saw much loveliness, graciousness, and humor — I wish I could fit it all here.
