With the help of drunk Mickey and Minnie, Banksy left his mark on Los Angeles with this naughty billboard. Unfortunately, city officials have already removed it, perhaps not knowing how much it's worth. The street artist, whose documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop is nominated for an Oscar, is in town for the awards show. Check out Banksy's latest below.
