Bald or Balding? How Much Hair Is Too Little?

Bald men may live longer, but that doesn't necessarily make them more attractive in the here and now. My friend and I were discussing the finer points of male-pattern baldness last night, and I said there's something charming about a receding hairline on the right guy. "Depends," she said, "on how much."

True enough! There's a big difference between full-on baldness, a receding hairline, and the in-between (or on the sides) place most balding men are in. Any attempt to hide the situation, of course, only worsens things. How does a guy go bald gracefully? Shave it? Accept it? Or rock it?
