honestly, i dont think its a big deal to accept a friend request from your ex..i think its good..because you can show him that you've moved on and you are happier than ever.! what revenge is better than that.?!

This EXACT thing happened a couple of months ago with my ex (we broke up almost 5 years ago). I ignored the request and sent a message that said "Are you f***ing kidding me?"

I just deleted his request TWICE from Facebook...he dumped me a few months back and now wants and thinks we can be friends. Honey, you barkin' up the wrong tree. You had your chance, now move on!

My ex-fiance had cheated on me, got another girl pregnant, wouldn't even tell me WHY we were breaking up and finally had his Mommy tell me what happened 2 weeks after I had moved out. We got into a message-match on Myspace when he wanted his phone back, threatened to come steal my car, and all this other crazy stuff. At this time I had erased everything of him off my Myspace profile, and made it private so he couldn't see what was going on in my life. And why should he care about me if he was SOOOOO in love with this new girl??So he sent me a friend request and the message said "Why can't we just be friends? You didn't have to delete me" and then denied that he ever cheated on me. Needless to say, I pushed reject REAL fast. And he kept on for a few days afterwards.
