But on the subject of bad parenting & Jolie: I wish she wouldn't talk about her kids, Brad or her tattoos every time she has a new movie come out. Either things are private or they're not and I don't see how she's giving the kids healthy boundries along those lines.

I'm glad Angelina Jolie feels that way because the media acts so goddamned ridiculous about Shiloh's clothing and behaviors. Give the kid a break, she's a fuckin' toddler. And even if she grew up still wanting to dress like a boy or be called John, that's fine too.

Wanting to wear boy clothes in her case isn't advanced at all, and it isn't like the personal style one has as a teenager/adult. She has older male siblings, and children mimic from an extremely early age. This is pretty damn normal and ordinary, they just happen to be very famous. It's about what she likes, knows, and feels comfortable with.

My daughter refused to wear pants for a while when she was younger, then she'd only wear princess gowns, then she wouldn't wear anything girly, then only black clothes... and my 3-year old niece is following a similar pattern. I think it's fun to watch and an interesting window into what they're thinking about themselves.

Shilo most be really advance for her age because at that age I didn't know what personal style was and let a lone could decide the type of hair I wanted.
