The popular prescription sleep aid Ambien has been known to induce a bizarre side effect: "sleep-eating." People have reported waking up next to their refrigerators, food wrappers strewn around them. Others have woken up mid-bacon fry. So an Ambien cookbook for America's new favorite ingredient seems only logical.

I took an ambien when I had to sleep in the hospital the night before my labor was induced. It didn't really do much for me but that's probably because of the whole "I'm going to become a parent tomorrow!!!" freaking out that was going on in my mind.
