911 Does Math Tutoring Now?

At least it's a kid (not a grown woman) calling 911 for the wrong reason. What's her non-emergency? She needs math tutoring and mom's too busy to help, so she wants the emergency dispatchers to provide relief. I guess you can't blame the little bugger for taking her homework too seriously! (I am not so reassured that the 911 dispatcher is taking up important time to help her!)
