A hacker with too much time on his hands reconfigured the wording on a construction sign posted by the side of a highway in Dedham, Massachusetts. I'm sure he got the "rise" he was looking for, but of all places, outside a Toys R Us?! Someone needs his mouth washed out with soap— for more reasons than one.
