I just recently saw that hilarious movie Knocked Up, and I wanted to set something straight. When the guys were talking, one of them said something about how everyone knows that a girl can't get pregnant if she's on top while having sex. 
According to his belief, gravity makes sure the sperm doesn't get to the egg.
Ladies, listen up, if you didn't already know this, he is completely incorrect. Anytime a man ejaculates inside a woman, the semen goes into her vagina and those sperm use all their might and determination to swim upstream. If even just one of them gets to your egg to fertilize it, boom — you're pregnant regardless of what position you have sex in. Unprotected sex can equal unplanned pregnancy.
If you're not ready to be a mom, use a consistent and effective form of birth control (the Pull and Pray Method is not a good option). Using condoms, an IUD, or hormonal birth control such as the pill or NuvaRing are great options. Find what works for you and stick with it.

6I really hope that no one believes this. However, my boyfriend's friend recently told me he uses the pull and pray method and that it was foolproof (and he sleeps around). I called him an idiot and set him straight immediately. It's easy to get information, how can people still believe that stuff?
7How anyone can believe that a birth control method including the word "pray" can be considered foolproof is beyond me. *lol*
Granted, we use Natural Family Planning, which for us includes a good amount of prayer. But not in the same way.

20Yeah, I had my first son after "not gettting pregnant" with me on top. Duh! I'm amazed at how many people there are that still believes this stuff, and still has sex! If you're old enough to do it, you're old enough to be educated about it.
21i was with my ex for 5 years and we used condoms in the beginning but then just didn't use any and did the Pull & Pray because we didnt have sex that often... and i never got pregnant. thankfully. i'm on Depo Provera now. which is a good thing with my new BF cause we have sex all the time. lol
