I love delusional people—at least they have high self esteem! This guy is so enthusiastic about his bike wheel (which, essentially, is a wheel hubcap) that he seems genuinely shocked that the American Inventor panel thinks he's nuts. But it has "subliminal safety signals" and can change and save lives "that aren't even born yet." Mmmmkay....
