What is it with my friends and dating? A girlfriend called me from a restaurant this week, hysterical, because her date stood her up! Now being a few minutes late [1] is one thing, but since no one leaves their house without either a cell phone, BlackBerry or iPhone [2], there is simply no excuse for leaving someone in the lurch. Thankfully, I have never been put in that position, but I am sure my friend isn't alone here. Ladies, what I want to know is, have you ever been stood up?
