6i heard that it wasn't done in one take for the video, but edited cleverly to look like it. when they performed it live at some awards show, however, they did perform it in one take (which they said they hadn't done before). i could be wrong, but that's what i recall hearing.

8This is the best work walking workout video I have seen in a while. I highly recommend this work out to keep your boredom at bay when exercising on a treadmill. The only downside I can see is getting your gym mates to learn the choreography.
9This is a great video! It's totally creative and however they put it together, it looks really cool.
10Love it. I've never seen it before. Amazing. Reminds me of how me and my friends used to make up dances to Madonna songs.
