Okay, so I obviously have no problem talking about anything and everything that has to do with sex. I also have no qualms about buying or using things like vibrators and lubricants to make for a better experience. With that said, there are definitely some things I can do without, like a Love Swing.
I'm thinking that this may fall under the category of "don't knock it till you try it," but let's face it, I really don't think I'd ever buy one, and if I did, I don't think I'd be able to figure out how to get in it. It seems complicated which is the exact opposite of what you want sex to be like. And where do you hang it? Do you fasten a metal hook to a sturdy beam in your bedroom? Then if people come over, what will you say when they point and ask, "What's that for?"
In my opinion, buying, installing, and using a love swing is just way over the top and unnecessary, but what do you think? Are you into the idea of being suspended in air while making love?

3The after you detach the swing from the hook in the ceiling, the hook can easily be covered by a smoke detector.

7I would love to try this thing. I know that you can buy a special metal support thing to put it on, or as was suggested you could put a heavy duty hook in your ceiling. And to cover it up, hang something pretty from it. I myself would have no problem telling someone that's where I put my love swing, but that's just me
8A little bird *ahem* told me that it is actually pretty fun. As to the hook...just cover it up when people are coming over, or have something you can hang there temporarily.

16you would need to have someone come in and install this, at least the part that attaches to the ceiling (unless you use an open beam, living room maybe). we had a platform swing installed for our disabled daughter and it was over $400 for the installation alone. the swing weighed about 100 lbs and she weighed about 45 at the time. a wall stud will not hold that much weight.
personally anything that required a bungee cord butt harness would take abit off the moment but i guess whatever works for you.
