When I fight with a boyfriend, I have a tendency to yell and then cry, even though I offer up all kinds of advice on how to fight fairly! [1] After a knock down, drag out fight, I realized that shouting isn't as effective as talking calmly, but sometimes my emotions just get the best of me.
