Finding a personal lubricant that you like is a tough quest, since there are so many different kinds to choose from. There are silicone-based lubes, water-based ones, and many contain glycerin to make them even more slippery.
But is glycerin a bad thing? Well it depends on whether or not you are prone to yeast infections. You see, glycerin is a sugary liquid, and since yeast feeds on sugar, you can see why these two would make a bad combination. Look for a glycerin-free lubricant if your lady business is sensitive to this kind of thing.

Glad you brought this up. Most of the drugstore lubes I've seen are glycerin-based, which basically creates a breeding ground for yeastie beasties.
1Liquid Silk is the best! I switched to it after having major problems with sticky, irritating Astroglide. It's like lotion and it's not sticky at all, very natural.
2Wow, great tips. Good thing I buy WET Naturals Silky Supreme Personal Lubricant
3I've never needed a lubricant...lol...
4A lot of women need lube for various reasons - latex sensitivity, birth control, huge dong, benadryl, pool or marathon sessions, hehe. Nothing wrong with adding a bit of slip.
Anywho.. Yay for Sliquid!
5Love it! No taste at all and washes away nicely. Also, great for HJs.
