Most of them probably not, but there are some out there who have that quality and beauty to get noticed regardless.

Would you notice Cameron if she wasn't famous really? She would have acne, blonde, stringy hair and probably be a little bigger. I would not notice that.

The only reason people DO swoon over some of these is because they are rich and famous. Same reason we will think a lead singer of a band is hot, or the bartender. Status makes people attractive. It shouldn't....but it does.

Aww, I like Zach Braff. He doesn't have that star quality hotness, but he's talented and a fun actor. I can see him becoming a director more and more often, like Tom Hanks or Steve Carrell (sp?). Someone has to play the 'everyman.'

I like Zach Braff too! He's smart, witty, funny and talented - that's a total turn-on! I must admit I love people watching and often find myself staring at people - thinking wow that guy/girl is stunning - someday someone from Hollywood is going to spot them and make them a star. So, I definitely believe some people have that special spark - that's the reason why they're stars and why we care what happens to them. I voted no, but a celebrity like Cary Grant, were he not a celebrity, would have definitely made me turn my head back in the day. If I was around back in the day, that is. But mainly because he was suave, dapper, and gorgeous, not because of the "star quality".
