8Lord, i hate this woman. Her advice is so questionable, outdated and just plain wrong that i really wonder if she was ever in the medical profession at all. Please, before you take anything she says even remotely seriously, research it for yourself. This woman is nuttier than a six-legged squirrel in a walnut factory.
