After a long or difficult day at work, I like to come home and totally forget about it all. Sometimes that's not easy, and I need a little help de-stressing.
Chamomile always does the trick. Its relaxing properties have been used for hundreds of years. A study conducted in 2005 also shows that drinking chamomile tea can alleviate cold symptoms and menstrual cramps. Drinking the tea also increases levels of glycine. Glycine is an amino acid that's been shown to act as a nerve relaxant, which is why it seems to act as a mild sedative.
There are tons of wonderful products that incorporate the taste and smell of chamomile. Here are some of my favorites.

Max Mara
Naf Naf
Michael Kors

1The main problem is that it tastes like fermented vomit.
2I think it actally tastes good
3So true!
4I personally don't like the taste of Chamomile tea. But I do like it when it's mixed with another herb. There's a tea that I love that Celestial Seasoning makes called "Sleepy Time" and it contains mint, chamomile and other relaxing herbs
5Tastes like flowers to me. Still don't know if I like it or not.

7I love chamomile tea...it always makes me feel better. An old friend got me into it, she drank it with just a scoop of raw honey in it and it is DELICIOUS!
8oh now i want a chamomile tea right now.
9I too love chamomile. So relaxing, and helps with upset tummies too!!! I like the taste, if it's too bland, just add a little sugar!
