Did you do any drunk dialing this weekend? I am not one who reaches for the phone after a few too many cocktails, but I have many friends who need the liquid courage to call the guys they like or make the inevitable booty call to their crushes.
When you're intoxicated, you seem to have a certain level of fearlessness that can feel good in the moment but humiliating the next morning, especially after you check your call log! So ladies, I know we have all done stupid things under the influence, but what I want to know is,

I never drink enough to get drunk to the point where I don't make sense. My friend does however, she stays out later and sometimes I get late phone calls. She's called her ex-boyfriends aunt at 2 am. She's tried to get back with an ex on a drunk night. It's funny from an outsider's view point but she should cut back or hand over her phone.
1Yes I have been known to call a few now and then..... but I have since learned my lesson.
2When I lived on NYC I would call my friends at midnight to wish them happy new year but I have never embarrassed my self.
3I'm totally a drunk texter! It's never bad; but I always end up sending my friends funny texts really late at night.

5I was bad in college- used to tell my friends 'Friends don't let friends drink and dial'! So embarrassing.. now I text and/ or call friends.. for some reason I think EVERYONE wants to chat with me when I'm a little tipsy... hehe.. not too embarrassing though as is usually girlfriends!

i prank call my friends, send random texts, and make the occasional booty call. so far, it hasn't been too embarrassing. most of the time, my friends laugh it off.
9nopers! .. i don't drunk dial! haha.. unless maybe my boyfriend and i are in a fight. ... then i might call him up and say baby I'm sorry!! haha.. but that's pretty much it! i have never had a time when i have been completely gone and called up someone other then the boy and he kinda just laughs at me... i have however had people call me.. and i usually just hang up! haha.. laugh at them for a bit then say ok bye now!
10No.. but I picked other because I don't drink at all. My mom's kind of a drunk though and she tries calling everyone when she's had too much. It's totally embarassing. Most of the time she ends up dialing a wrong number too.
11Dear, this could be turned into a 2 part poll. Yes I'm a chronical drunk dialer. But there is an extreme difference between dailing my sister when I'm out partying with her girlfriends than dialing the guy I went on a date with last week. How do you drunk dial? is also an important factor to consider.

I'm def more of a drunk texter although I do drunk dial. If you drunk dial people know you are drunk because they can hear you slur your words but when I drunk text I never seem to spell the words wrong! It is funny when you check the next morning to see who you texted and what you texted.
17i voted no. i do take my phone everywhere with me, though. i think drunk dialing is totally obnoxious and find it really annoying. same as drunk texting.

19I have had enough drunk dialers in my life to know not to do it. I've been on the receiving end of some pathetic phone calls and my first thought is always "OMG is that what I sound like when I'm drunk" Maybe I'm not a big drinker because I always have enough control to put the phone down.

21Even drunk, my judgment isn't that bad! Or maybe it's pride and even alcohol can't knock it. Either way, I've never done it.
22omg, just had a college flashback to all those drunken phone calls i made. didn't do them for awhile until a couple of months ago when i b*tched out my boyfriend on his house answering machine! worst part was that his dad heard it and it made me look really bad for awhile. (cringe...)
luckily, its okay now but lesson learned!
23I have a couple of times. Once when I was super drunk I called one of my guy friends who I had a crush on. I kept leaving him voicemails saying I thought he was an AWESOME friend and a cool guy. My sober guy friends (was watching after all of us girls) kept taking the phone away from me while I kept saying "Im not doing anything just saying that he is an awesome friend"
They explained to my friend what was going on.
I have also drunk dialed friends just to see where they were and to come party with me
So nothing to bad I guess. But I ALWAYS bring my phone with me even at the risk of drunk dialing because you never know when you will actually need it
24haha i used to be notoriousssssssssssssss it was the worse.. i haven't done it in a while, since i started living with my boyfriend-but he used to hate when i'd go out and drink bc he wouldn't know what would come out of my mouth
25I've done it a few times...the last time it was with this guy that i liked, we drunk dialed one another at least 3 - 4 times..it was crazy...
Usually I'm with my friends when I'm drinking so I'll just tell them I love them to their face ;P

30I only get drunk approximately once a year, and I'm with my BF when I do, so yea, not even the slightest possibility.
31My drunk-dialing best friends keep me up nights when I'm supposed to be sleeping before my big exams. But the calls are usually hilarous enough to make it worth the wake-up. Haha
32o yea i totally do it lol but i've gotten a lot better! i used to text my ex or call him or text a cute boy or something. but i've stopped doing that. now if i feel the absolute urge to drunk dial (or text) i hit up a friend. cause its much better to have a friend laugh at you the next day then to have your ex or some other guy in your call log and not know what you said to them!!
33I've gotten myself into trouble because of drunk dialing...I try not to do it, but generally it happens when I'm too drunk to remember that I did it and I find out three days later when I talk to that person and they tell me what I said. Then I feel like a complete ass. So, for the most part, I don't do it..but I'm definitely guilty of doing it a couple of times.

45Uh yeah when I'm drinking the absolute best idea all the time is to call my friends and tell them how much I love them...over and over. My poor friends. I also call my husband and leave ridiculous messages. I do embarrass myself but it's really funny.

My friends have called me numerous times when they are drunk though. It's hilarious and I save these messages to let them hear the next day.
49When i'm drinking, i'm usually WAY to drunk to even remember that i have the option of drunk dialing. I'm usually sleeping it out!
