9I know this is an old post, but I worked in the adult product industry for quite some time, and I'd just like to point out that KY is classified as a medicinal lubricant - meaning, it's better suited to vaginal dryness as opposed to sexual intercourse. KY now makes lubes that are better suited for intercourse, but your basic KY is not. O'My Natural is one of the best, most woman-friendly lubes I've seen, but one should be sure that one's choosing a lube specifically formulated for intercourse! Your best bet is to go to a sex store, and there are those out there that cater to women now. Some of the ones I'd personally recommend are Slippery Kitty, Wet Light, and a newer brand called Sexy Ganja - very similar to O'My, but with a non-sticky "finish". O'My also has fun flavours that are still sugar-free.
Check to see what the base of your lube is. Water-based lubricant is the friendliest, to skin, private bits, and toys. The downside to a water-base is that it's not going to work in the shower, if you're going to do that. Silicone based lubricant is water-proof, but not everybody reacts nicely to it, and it can never be used with toys containing silicone. Oil based lubricant is not condom-friendly, as it deteriorates the latex... in my opinion, oil based lube is just best to be avoided all around, unless you have a specific reason for seeking it out, and most manufacturers are moving away from oil. If you have a question, or don't know what the base is or what you should be looking for, don't be embarassed to ask!! Questions about lubricant are the MOST normal part of a sex store worker's day... trust me.
10DH and I SWEAR by Kama Sutra's water-based lube. (Not good for anal though, just fyi.) The stuff is fantastic, and its great for self-love too

dust that tastes like honey. Def. my favorite brand!
11LIQUID GODDESS is the best natural lube we have used. tastes amazing too, something i never would have thought to say about lube, and grrrreat for oral sex. super gentle, no parabens glycerin etc... and it is supposed to be anti candida too. they are on amazon and at some seattle shops.
12I read something about almond oil. It isn't greasy and doesn't leave stains on linen. I've used twice with partner and seems to work well. Can also be used on salads!!
