I find back massages more relaxing but I prefer foot massages because my feet are always so sore from playing sports. But I'll take either any day of the week!

I'm with lily. My feet are WAY too ticklish. I'd probably tense up and start giggling and kicking. xD

REALLY depends on who is doing the massage. Generally I don't like people touching my feet, but with a good pedicurist, I'll take that any day of the week over a random back massage.

When I do my full body massages, I always make sure I leave my hair without product so they can do a head massage. It's oily, but so worth it.

I really love neck/back massages because I always have a lot of tension in my neck.

I love to get both, but back massages really do it for me. I'm often stressed and carry it in my back. Especially if they include the neck, a back massage is way more relaxing than a foot massage.

Must say I chose foot massage because a back massage doesn't feel great if they don't know what they are doing, but my ultimate favorite is to have my head massaged. Talk about relaxing!

all of the above! i dont like feet either! but i get get over it bc its soo good. my boyfriends a runner, and after classes, work, the gym.. my feet kill so we trade off. its not as cheesy as its sounds =) but yeah AZ im with you! if i had the money i'd hire someone to massage my head/play with my hair all day long

Yeah AZ and Sofia I love it when people play with my hair, it is sooooo relaxing. I went with a back massage tho, I love those too and my BF's pretty good at giving them so we take turns I rub him he rubs me fair trade. hahaha

I am too ticklish on my feet and I can't stand too much pressure on my back....but what I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE is when my guy lightly runs his finger tips up and down my back....love it love it love it!

I don't want anyone to touch my feet. Not that they are gross or anything, I just don't feel comfortable. When my boyfriend sucks my toes it just grosses me out.

Back massage definitely! I love getting my back rubbed, it completely relaxes me. I hate people touching my feet.

what a toughie! i would say a foot massage after a rough day, but if you have the right massage bed to lay on, then back massage for sure!

Back massages are the best but so is having your head shampooed/massaged by the stylist.

I prefer giving the massages!There's nothing more relaxing for me then giving my man a back rub/scalp massage.The repetitive motions of a back rub just make me want to have a nap! If I HAD to choose...definitely would prefer to get a back massage.

i love massages! there's nothing better than a full body, so between the two, back is closer so it's more relaxing. but i'll never turn down a good foot rub.
