"Lather, rinse, and repeat" has always seemed like a poetic phrase to me, keeping me entertained in the shower while I'm reading the shampoo bottle.
But the people who wrote the following product directions have got to be kidding me! I must admit, though, that I have thought of ironing my clothes while they're on my body. (I have some tardiness issues).
- On a Korean kitchen knife: "Warning: keep out of children."
- On a string of Christmas lights: "For indoor or outdoor use only."
- On Sainsbury's peanuts: "Warning: contains nuts."
- (More nuts) On an American Airlines packet of nuts: "Instructions: open packet, eat nuts."
- On Rowenta iron packaging: "Do not iron clothes on body."
- On a Swedish chainsaw: "Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands."
- On Nytol sleep aid: "Warning: May cause drowsiness."

Might as well give us all bibs and hold our hand while we're crossing the road.

HAHAHA!!!!! Those are all sooooo funny! I think my fave is the bag of peanuts and the
chainsaw.
2Me and my mu always laugh at the peanuts one when we're in Sainsbury's. Another one that makes me laugh is when they say 'serving suggestion' and they just show the food on a plate.
3Yeah well they only have these labels because there are people dumb enough to sue. Even worse, there are judges who actually rule in their favor. Pathetic.
4I had a big IKEA fluffy toy, a ball-like grey sheep made of curly plush, tagged: do not iron. seriously, the thing looked more like a volley ball than anything else!
5Missnomi, so do you still have this toy? I'd love to see a picture of it, with the tag! I bet I'm not the only one. If you send it in, I will post it!
6haha These are great!
7What's really scarey is that they have to put those on items because of people. =P
