Forget uniforms, badges and handcuffs, because a new wave of police patrol is hitting the streets. Police officers in England are dressing up as their favorite action heroes to better battle the bad guys around town. Sgt. Tony Smith and Police Chief Mike Holman recently dressed up as Batman and Robin in an elaborate, but successful, sting operation to bust a few drug offenders. The Joker didn't make a public appearance, but I'm afraid that two police officers dressed in tights is joke enough.
