good, he should face what he did. and be thrown in jail for the rest of his life, oh wait. texas has the death penalty....
My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their family. As for Hasan... well you're going wish someone had made their mark yesterday, because the military is going to show you no mercy.
Way to go Officer Munley! Amazing!
The tax incentive is nice, but there really aren't a lot of people right now, especially first time buyers, in the position to purchase a home, and keep it. Lots of cheap houses right now, though, of course thats becuase everyone is losing theirs or being forced to sell asap...
Texas has the death penalty, but he'll still be hanging around in prison long enough for him to suffer. It's not like they give the death sentence and lead you straight to the chair..
last nite when I thought he was dead,I thought good, then a few hours later I thought HELL NO,this guy should suffer in the most horrific way. I wonder what the motive was. I really don't understand what can be so horrible in your life, that you have to go and murder innocent people.
Hanging around in jail after what he's done is going to be a lot more suffering then dying a few moments after being riddled with bullets...
If the government wants to really help Americans, it would give tax breaks to responsible homeowners who had taken some hits financially, but have been keeping it together enough to keep making payments. There are many of us who have been working hard to keep paying, but between inflation, raised taxes, gas prices.... its just all adding up. It seems as though the only programs out there are for people who stop making their payments and give up. Frankly, the raise in my property taxes for the last 2 years are breaking the bank.
I agree.. I also think its incredibly stupid to be encouraging people to enter into a mortgage contract right now. Jobs are being lost left and right and the ones who don't lose them are often under severe pay cuts. Most of the people we know who haven't lost their houses yet are already losing in other ways. Cars are being repossessed, no money for food, etc etc. Truck drivers for instance are finding it nearly impossible to get jobs because none of the companies can afford to purchase/ship their goods.
I agree completely urban chic 101!!
Such a sad story
I also agree with Urban Chic and Miss Sushi! Well said - on BOTH comments!! My condolences to everyone suffering from yesterday's tragedy as well.
Kill him the Muslim way ... saw his head off with a dull sword. It amazes me how all the liberals are more concerned with people blaming this on Islam than they are about American soldiers dieing. I am waiting for the Obama gang to blame this on Bush.
