Now that it is September already (I can't believe it), summer has unfortunately come to an end and people are gearing up for school and work. I have to say it makes me a little sad. I feel like I have to say goodbye to the fun and carefree attitude I've become so accustomed to during the summer months.
Once the weather really cools off, there will be no more summer dresses, no more sandals, no more hanging out on the beach, no more BBQs, no more boating and no more swimming outside. 
I know I'm being a baby about it, but when you love summer so much, you can't help but feel a sense of loss and grief when fall begins to blow in.
I'm sure everyone has ways that they deal with the changing seasons. For me, I do every summery thing I can think of right now and get my fill of the last few warm days and to get excited about fall, I go shopping for new autumn clothes.
So how about you? How do you feel about the changing seasons? Are you happy about it? Are you a little sad like me? How do you deal with the fact that fall is coming?

Fall is my favorite season, so I look forward to the cooler temperatures and beautiful colors!! Plus, I'm a big fan of sweaters. Little dresses are fun, but I just love the coziness and crisp air of fall!
1I would LOVE for it to be (true) Fall right now. I love the weather, the clothes, everything. Unfortunately my ten day forecast is still all low 90s.

I don't get the summer off anyway. My husband does and my older son, but we all do better with the school year schedule, so summer being over is when I begin to celebrate.
3I am. Our fall "season" is only a month or two; I don't get to enjoy it much since winter comes by so fast and last forever. (Seems like forever).

12I am in Sweden now, and yes it does make me a bit blue to see the summer come to an end... when I am in Mexico though, I LOVE to have an end to the summer! It's just too freakishly warm there!
13I enjoy the autumn in Sweden though, all these colors are amazing! I grew up in a place where all the seasons were pretty much the same hehe Plus, I love fall and winter clothes!
im sad that its over, but i thin thats cuz where i live.. we only have summer well a REAL SUMMER for like 2 months.. and then winter for the rest! haha.. goood old Canada.. i do love it tho and fall is soo pretty!! and winter means snowboarding on weekends!! but.. i love the warmtH!
14I don't know about ya'll but summer ends when I start classes at college so summer has been over for a month.
15Kind of happy, because we had 105 degree weather for like a month straight. I cannot wait for fall when its just 80 degrees.
16To me, every season has its pros and cons. I like the free time summer offers, and the swimming, and the chance to travel and see my family, and to sit around all day reading books. But the fall is always exciting, because school starts again, and it's a fresh start for the year, and the weather is pleasantly cool, and I have a chance to feel busy and productive before I get totally swamped. I do have to say, though, I would like one more week of free time before school gets going again. I can't really complain though.

I did spend the past two falls with my now ex-boyfriend, though. Summer and spring we were always in different states... so fall might remind me too much of him.

27I am so sad summer is over! I had an amazing summer filled with vacationing, many beach trips and endless bbq's. Since I work for the school system it also means time to get back to work! I dont mind the fall but I am dreading the cold winter. I have been trying to get in as many beach trips as possible to hold onto summer a little more lol. That helps
28I'm not a summer person. I'm more of a Fall/Spring person. I prefer the weather that is not too hot but not too cool. I love it when the weather is between 60-75 degrees.
29I'm sad summer is over because there were only around 2 weeks of descent summer weather here

30Im realy sad Summer is over.. I had such an amazing time, and now its time to go back to school.. And im going to a new school this year, so im really nervous
31I am sad that it's leaving, but at the same time I do enjoy some of fall/winter. You don't get that awful humidity anymore (my a/c in my car is toast), you can walk outside without worry about your whole body burning (usually covered in a thick layer of columbia jacket!), and I do think I look cute in winter clothing. On the other hand, I'll be freezing most of winter, and I'm in the snow belt of Ontario...meaning the storms are brutal!
32I tend to buy a lot of fashion magazines, and prepare for the upcoming fall fashion. Pretty ladylike macs, scarves, well cut winter coats, lovely patterned opaque tights, all to make you look all glam and sophisticated does it for me. I also see it as, oh xmas is not too far away! Yaay! Loads of office parties in december
33Summer is my favorite season although in Florida we have sunny weather most of the time but during the summer is more laid back people go on vacations the traffic is not so horrible and everyone just tries to have fun! I'm sad summer's ending.

35I am. I always have a really, really hard time transitioning to fall. I always have, which makes me never look forward to my birthday (end of Sept.). I love summer so much - I love swimming and it breaks my heart every year to close the pool. Meaning, it really hurts. I am not being dramatic here. And now that I am married and have stepkids, we have less time with them too during the week (they go home an hour earlier when they visit us), so that is just another thing to add to the pile. I have often wondered if I have S.A.D.

37I like how easy it is to dress in the summer; little skirts and tops. But I enjoy Fall.
38It occurred to me today that the days are getting shorter and shorter, which means that pretty soon it'll still be pitch black outside when I wake up for work in the mornings. How depressing!
39The only two good things about the end of summer - college football season and my birthday, which is at the end of september. other than that, fall sucks. Summer is my fave time of year. i wish it were still here. Fall also means that it is almost time for winter. I hate the cold!!!!!!!!!!
