This story is très bizarre and très depressing. When plastic surgeon Reza Vossough met his future bride Cany, he identified a few areas for improvement — specifically, her chest, thighs, eyes, lips, butt, stomach, and forehead. Lucky for Reza, once he and Cany got married he performed eight procedures that would turn his 33-year-old wife into his "perfect woman."
Speaking about his work, Reza said: "It's almost like being God — you have the ability to change nature." No promise that it will look natural, however. And don't feel too bad for Cany. She seems pretty happy, explaining that when you marry a plastic surgeon, "the scalpel is your friend."
I guess the old adage that you can never really change someone isn't true in this case.

Wow and my ex got mad at me because I tried to get him to cut his hair more that once a year.
1The woman is nuts. I wouldn't marry someone who couldn't accept me as I am.
2this is just wrong. He didnt love her for who she was and chose to change it..thats sad.
3Same juicebox. Besides, it's an unwritten rule that boyfriends should tell you you're perfect when you feel fat or gorgeous even when you're so sick you can't get out of bed.
4once they got married he was able to do this?
5i don't even understand. i didn't even think you could perform surgery on a family member, for one. and second, he's a jerk and she's a loser for letting him treat her this way.
I have no problem with it.
I think plastic surgery is unfairly vilified. If you want to change something about yourself, then I think it's empowering to do so. She was the one that chose to go into his office in the first place - so she felt she needed work done.
It's between them. What kind of guy wouldn't want a wife that understood and appreciated his art?
6I wish I could find more about this. It's disturbing either way, but I'm wondering if maybe she wanted to surgeries and that's why she married a plastic surgeon, rather than he wanted her to "look perfect."
7I agree with lilkimbo...I think she wanted the surgeries...and she probably likes his paychecks as well.
8If she wants the surgeries - fine.
If she wants them because he thinks it will make her into "the perfect woman" - not fine.
What if she gains weight when shes older? Wants children?
Of course looks are important, but I'm glad my husband married me despite (because of?
) my thunder thighs
9How can you ever feel comfortable with yourself with a husband like that? I don't doubt the possibility that she wanted the surgeries, but who wants their husband to point out all their flaws so they can be the perfect woman?
She can have all the surgery she wants, but she will still age, her body will change, and frankly if they have kids it seems dumb to risk her life by continually having superficial surgeries.
10Running, if you run as much as me, and I know you do - I HIGHLY doubt you have thunder thighs. Mine are trunks of pure muscle, just like all serious runners.
11I think they're a good match.
12I have a feeling lilkimbo's right. She probably wanted the surgeries and married him for that. It's either that scenario or she's very insecure. No self-respecting woman would stay with a man who wanted to change her that much.
13Reminds me of some sort of mad scientist with a God complex... Imagine dating someone who gets off on molding you into whatever he sees fit. She is, however, a willing participant. Clearly a match made in absurdity.
14I don't see what's so wrong about this. He obviously loves her for what's on the inside (I mean, when he could "sculpt" his perfect woman, why would he go for looks?), not the outside. And she's OK with the surgery, so it's obviously something she's comfortable with.
I have nothing against people who want plastic surgery, it's their body, they should be able to do with it what they want. I'm a big fan of body modification myself, as someone who loves to get tattoos and piercings. And tats and new places to put jewelry really aren't that different from getting a boob job or rhinoplasty when it comes down to it.
15here's a link to the original article. with pics. kinda NSFWish.
in my opinion, she looked better before. now she looks like a tranny.

16thanks Snarky.
he's the article.. what I think is most ridiculous is in bold
PLASTIC surgeon has told how he chose a dowdy girl as his bride - so he could sculpt her into his ideal wife.
Reza Vossough hated 33-year-old Cany's body, but they tied the knot anyway after he spotted her "potential".
He performed EIGHT operations to change her chest, thighs, eyes and face.
Vossough spent five years pumping 1,600g of silicone into her body, boosting her size A chest to a giant F cup.
He also enhanced her lips, lifted her eyelids and de-creased her forehead.
The former waitress also had nip-and-tuck ops to her bum, tummy and thighs and countless Botox injections.
Only AFTER £18,000 of cosmetic surgery did Reza, 48, fall in love with her.
But busty Cany, now a model, is thrilled with her new image. She said: "When your husband is a plastic surgeon, then the scalpel is your friend."
Reza, who operates on 1,200 patients a year at his Berlin clinic, said of his skills: "It's almost like being God - you have the ability to change nature."
"When I first met Cany, she had physical deficiencies, but I could see there was something there. She had big hips and big thighs, so we made corrections, then did a little bit more.
"On the operating table her face is covered, so she's anonymous like any patient. I was interested in working on her. It's better than nature could do."
Since her hubby's last op, Cany has had a secret fourth boob job. But Reza has not ruled out MORE work - saying: "There may be some more in the future, like a facelift, but not yet."
But Reza is wise enough to admit that he's not perfect himself.
He said: "I inherited a big nose from my dad, so my business partner made me a new one. And I have Botox too."
17I feel like I might be wrong, but I think she's lucky in a way. I would kill to fix the little things that I think are wrong with me, and I don't think plastic surgery deserves such a bad rap. Isn't it better to fix something that bothers you than to live with it, feeling unattractive, for the rest of your life?
18Wow, Running. That's a frak of an article.
You know, when I had my boobs done, my REPUTABLE surgeon told me in no uncertain terms that anything bigger than a C cup was too big for my frame. He was right, we went conservatively, and I'm super happy with my B cups. I think you would be insane to want F cups, much less to be a surgeon that would want that for your wife.
I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt, but based on that article, I have to say it's a psychotic situation.
19F cups? My boobs hurt just thinking about this.
20Just give him a Barby doll!
21Are surgeons allowed to perform operations on family members?
22I think Mr Vossough was "a bit" too work obsessed....
Before-and-after tastefully erotic nude pics or it didn't happen.
23I think she looked better pre surgery... she just looks like an artificially young man with huge boobs now... I don't agree with it and I think the AMOUNT of surgery she under went is ridiculous, but if you've got the means and the wish, you should be able to do what you want.
