"My body feels like it is asking to reproduce, to have a huge belly and carry babies."
— Shakira, in the latest issue of Rolling Stone, about feeling her biological clock ticking. You won't see her get married any time soon, though. She claims she'll never get married, even though she's been with her beau for nine years. What I'd love to hear her explain is what the following lyrics from "Wherever, Wherever" mean: "Lucky that my breasts are small and humble/So you don't confuse them with mountains." I may not confuse them with mountains, but I am confused!

She is happy to have small breasts and not implants that can be confused as inhuman.
1Easy, she's making a remark about society's consumption with Large breasts when she has not HUGE ones. (i wouldn't say her's are small, but they're not DDs)
I also like HoneyBrown's comment about implants being confused as inhuman.
Natrual FTW!
2Shaki is poetic...or at least she fashions herself one and thus she not only writes poetically, she also speaks that way. Poster #1 and 2 have interpreted the lyric well (even though everyone is free to interpret lyrics as they will).
Anyway, Shakira has talked about "her small" breasts before and this is in reference to her being happy with her body and being confident about. Maybe after being not so confident.
I was and am a big Shakira fan since HS.
