oh, geez! That is indeed an unfortunate incident, but is suing the hospital really necessary? Would you sue God (assuming God is a sentient entity or being) for striking you with lightning? Would you sue the sun or the tobacco companies for the malignant melanoma on your ass, which is likely the whole reason why he had the surgery that torched his jinglejangles?
