I never realized how many ways you could call someone a douchebag until I began asking around. I tried to include some old-school terms for it in the list below, but please feel free to add your own in comments if I (somehow!) missed anything!

1My sister says "f*cktard". A tad offensive, but that's her favorite. I'm a fan of asshat, myself.

3My friends and I used to refer to douchebags as chachi's-as in Scott Baio's character. Sometimes we'd morph that into chachball. I don't know why, but it worked. I still just prefer plain old douchebag.
4My fiance likes chamhat, which is apparently a variation of asshat. (Don't ask me where the cham comes from. I don't know.) And my friends from college like to abbreviate douchebag to shbag. It usually comes out sounding more like shpag, but still, I prefer it over douche. The mental imagery on that one is too much.

My husband says f#cktard, too, sometimes. I tend to say dipsh*t. For non-swearing times, my husband says knucklehead, which I think is funny.
8I know this is gonna sound really weird, but My cousin and I call eachother "douche" as like a friendly nickname. Thats how I have her labled in my cell. We even went as far as nicknaming her dog "Dr. Douche" and he answers to it. We've done this for years and honestly it was more of a joke a first than an insult and it just kinda stuck.
9Mouth-breather. It's just so snotty that most of the people it applies to don't get it, which makes it that much funnier.
10My husband likes to go with "bag" on its own. "That guy is such a bag"...

12My room mates and I constantly call each other wh*rebag/wh*rebucket/wh*reface. There's also "shut your wh*re mouth". Lots of love in my house!
