You just gotta love streakers [0]. They sacrifice their very dignity to give fans a comedic respite from the stressful shouting demands of sitting in the stands. It's a damn dirty job, but some freak's gotta do it. And this particular freak makes a singing-cartwheeling-hurdle jumping event of it! (And the scarf was a nice touch.)
