I read about this a little while ago, they are promoting breast feeding in Southern Asia because the government thinks the formula companies are making women believe that formula is more
nutritous for babies than breast milk.
It does look pretty crazy when you first see it though.

Niceeeeee...one lady even had two going at one time! Good work ladies! Formula should be reserved for alcoholic mothers, or drug users or something.
