After a long day at work, I love to come home and and unwind with a nice hot cup of tea. In the morning and during the day, I choose uplifting green teas for the caffeine, but when the sun is going down, I sip relaxing flavors to help me relax. I make sure to choose herbal teas since they are naturally caffeine-free.

4ive recently discovered roobois tea. the moroccan vanilla roobias from celestial seasonings is really yummy and affordable
5I drink about 3 mugs per day of peppermint tea from celestial seasonings. It curbs my cravings for sweets. It is so delicious.

8The whole range is good, I would recommend them as my mum used to sell them in her shop and We would drink each of them regularly!

13The Choice Organic Lemon Lavendar Mint teas is one of my faves! I bought it completely on a whim last spring, for more money than I would normally pay, but I was vacationing in a small town and desperately wanted a nice cup of tea. I only have a couple bags left, so I'll have to order more. I was so thrilled by this flavor (and the overall quality of the tea) that I may try some of the others of this brand.
