Celebrities are constantly morphing their images - whether it be through clothing, hairstyles, or plastic surgery. Since Hollywood has the reputation of being a cut throat industry, stars seem to be going to all sorts of extremes to be the skinniest, to look the youngest, to have the most perfect nose, the biggest boobs, the flattest stomach, etc.
While I am not against plastic surgery per se, what I want to know is if you were to augment your look, would you try to keep it a secret or would you own up to your decision and be confident showing off the new you?

Why lie about it?
1Well, to be completely honest, I would not have plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons. BUT if I were to have it, I certainly wouldn't deny it if someone asked. However, I wouldn't shout out "HEY WORLD, GUESS WHAT I JUST HAD DONE TO MY..." If people ask, don't lie... but I'm not going to make a big announcement about it.
2I would never get cosmetic surgery. Not ever! But if I did I would not tell everyone (maybe a few selected people such as my family). However, if someone asked, I probably wouldn't deny it either. Why lie? I did it for me not them.
3i would'n lie about it but at the same time if i did have plastic surgery i wouldn't go around telling everybody about it.

6i wouldnt fancy cosmetic surgery anyway, thats going a bit too far! youd be in recovery for quite a while so how cna u disguise those bandages? the pain? and hidinh in your house for a month? pretty sill and impossible anywya to keep it sucha secret, but id never hsout it aloud neither, it snot my style nor personality but who wants to hear someone blabing and braging about their looks? there are some more important things in life haha
7Why is Christina Aguilera on here? Did she have surgery? Everyone else obviously did!
8MrsSchmitt, I've always thought Christina definitely got breasts implants, so, that may be why.
That being said, I'd like to think I'd own up to it, if I ever did. Lord knows there would be no question in people's minds if I suddenly had bigger boobs (I'm fairly petite so it would be quite obvious LOL).
That's really the only surgery I could see myself having.

10Right. This is like when Michael Jackson claims (repeatedly) he has only ever had TWO nose jobs and nothing else. Does anyone OTHER than Michael actually believe this?

11Plastic surgery doesn't always mean a long recovery, depending on what you have done. You can have a brow lift and be back at work without bandages or swelling very quickly.
12It's obvious that Aguilera got a boob job. I don't have a prob with it, since I have one too. But that's why she's on here, there's NO way those are real...
13I really can't think of anything I would really want to do except maybe make my nose a little bit different. I wouldnt go telling everyone, and i wouldnt flaunt it either. If people asked I would tell them, because if you have something done...it is usually clearly obvious and lying about will just make you look silly.
14I've had something done, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was open about it with my friends in high school, but I've only told one person from college. I wouldn't deny it if anyone asked me directly.

17And you're paying to make a significant difference in the way you look... well I will... nowadays that I'm young I try to eat healthy and do some physical exercise to look OK, but after I have kids, I want to be proud of my body and look as beautiful as plastic surgery can help me... I wouldn't do it to my face... because I think wrinkles often show how much you have laughed in life, but certainly my body will have some arrangements after pregnancy... the ones that I consider necessary... I'm nowadays earning money to do some plastic work on myself...

19I've had minor works..eyebrows and eyelids. Well it was a mistake and I wouldn't do it if I could go back. However, I'm fairy happy with the way I look. Though I would love diaz's entire body.

22Neither. It's nobody's business but my own so I wouldn't fo bragging bout my new boobs/nose/face/etc, but at the same time I wouldn't deny it.
