The same prankster who stuffed himself a stiffy to parade around at a car show is back, and this time, he's taking an already bad joke even farther. He's parading around a park where there are plenty more innocent old folks and children to terrify with his indecent display of crotch. I noticed that he seems to get more attention from men than from women. What's with that?
