It IS easy. It doesn't mean that getting happiness means a short route or an uncomplicated one, because there are always stick and mud and bumps that get in your way on every path you take --
but the route itself is easy enough.
Well it's definitely a start! But it's not THAT simple. Obviously there is a lot of work involved!
So basically we shouldn't confuse SIMPLE, with EASY. It's that simple, but it's not easy.

I think the hard part for most people is figuring out what actually makes them happy. Then all you have to do is do it.
