Can someone please reload the senator? He's skipping again. Either that, or he didn't finish writing his speech before taking the podium and he's now stalling until a conclusion occurs to him. (Because ending his speech without a proper conclusion would just be BARBARIC!)

8Screw all of you. I grew up and lived in West Virginia for 18 years and Robert C. Byrd has done more for the state of WV than Debbie has done for Dallas. Way more. In fact, if you replaced his entire tenure with a Republican I guarantee that West Virginia would have evaporated as a state, been reclaimed as Virginia, sold its soul to the devil, twice, and given up everything it stands for (even if that's coal mining and late 1800s land-stealin).
And for the record... bellasugar, you're thinking of Strom Thurmond from South Carolina (he's dead now). Go to college and get educated people!
