According to O Magazine's August issue, 24% of American vacationers lug their laptops to the mountains, the beach, or wherever their vacation destination may take them. In a time where a vacation seems near impossible, it is all the more important to take some time off and let your body and mind rejuvenate and relax. So ladies, what I want to know is, when you go on vacation, do you disconnect and leave the electronics at home or are you the kind of traveler who still sleeps with the BlackBerry on the bedside table putting out fires left and right?

I don't want to worry, so I check... just in case...
1I don't have a "job", but I do have my daughter, so yes, I work even on vacation.
But I stay wired pretty much everywhere we go, I need to check my email because we do have family spread out everywhere and that's mostly how we keep in touch.

5If I'm going away on a trip with my family, I stay away from work all together. But if I just take a day off for myself to run errands or something, I might check in a few times that day.
6I rarely get to take true vacations because they cost lots of money. LOL. But when I do, it's all about me! No work, no computer, sometimes I'll even turn off the cell phone. I work hard, and when I relax, I want to RELAX.
7I'm actually leaving on vacation tomorrow, but since my business consists of just my father and myself, I leave my phone on at all times so I can always be available in case any questions arise! I WISH I could just leave it all behind!
