Even when your cell phone's off?! This is Fox News, so take it with a grain of salt. Apparently, the FBI can activate the microphone part of your cell, so even when you're not talking on the phone, They Can Hear You. The only way to avoid it is to take the battery out. Hey, go for it guys. Listen to your heart's content about my sucky love life, the two-for-one sale at H & M, or which brand of Nacho cheese sauce is the best. (For the record, it's Rico.)

I'm sure they'd hear my roomate waking me up at 2am every Friday by jumping on my bed (and the deep conversations she starts about the night's chicken wings that ensue), my terrible attempt at belting out the classics, and my groan every time it's my mom's number on the call ID.
1Wow. It would be interesting to see if that ends up being true. If that is, talk about major breach of a person's privacy! That's taking things WAY too far, in my opinion.
