I don't think this is a cute idea- I think that borders on ridiculously spoiled and obnoxious. It's nice that you think your boyfriend is cute and it's fine to show him off at an office party
or a luncheon, but to interrupt his day with a "cute" little unnecessary errand that you've intentionally rigged is rude. Walk a mile in his shoes rule: I would go out of my way to get
something as important as a cell phone back to my boyfriend but if I found out he had me running all over get-out in the middle of all the things I have to do during a typical school day (I'm
a special ed teacher with a huge case load) just so he could show me off (while I might be a little flattered- admittedly and that would make me annoyed with myself) I'd be really annoyed or
depending on the day's work load outright pissed. Better to be proud of your beautiful, honest relationship. Wouldn't it be nice to hear friends comment about how beautifully you communicate
and respect each other? I would never intentionally inconvenience a friend I cared about, why do it to a man you want to share more with. EWWWW!

That's a cute idea.
1That's a funny one. I wouldn't want to show my cute boyfriend off though. I'd rather have him to myself.
2it is a pretty good idea, but you make a good point, divalicious.
