38 militants killed in fierce fighting in Baghdad Shiite extremists lobbed more rockets or mortar shells at the U.S. protected Green Zone on Monday as American and Iraqi troops engaged militants in the most violent clashes in weeks in Baghdad.

I agree with Zeze, when we bomb other countries it's really boring to have to hear about all the pain and suffering afterwards.

I think it's become "boring" we all know its a crap-hole over there and we all don't want to hear about it, it puts us in a bad mood, like those orphan commercials and people who talk about Darfur....I mean everyday 30 die in blast, 40 die in bombing, family dies in attack....we want more fun in our lives...(the sad/cynical truth).I'm not even criticizing the site here, this is the true reaction we as people have, we are very self-serving without even knowing it and the news stories reflect that.
