When the powerful leader isn't overseeing a pair of Russian nuclear submarines currently patrolling the eastern seaboard of the US (should we be freaking out?), he can be found riding around shirtless in Southern Siberia. Does Vladimir do it for you?

4Well physically wise he is a dump, brain wise he is a marry. I voted dump because I'm just not attracted to him physically, but this guy is one of the brightest politicians of our generation.

6The brains + the fact that I do think he's physically attractive + the naughty commie* Russian factor = a DO for me. Not a big fan of his politics but when I saw this on the news I started salivating!
*yes I know that he's technically not a communist but there's that left over Cold War enemy taboo-like feeling about Russians for me.

9Putin is a very,very smart man.you might not agree with his political views but you have to give a credit where its due...brains. Always a Do for me.Taking in consideration he is almost 60 years old, guy is in a good shape. He excels in martial arts and many other sports.

13I used to joke about this stuff. If you had to DO a prime minister, who would it be? Putin, well he looks sort of scary. Has anyone seen that prime minister in Norway? He's sort of good looking compared to the rest of the world leaders. Spain isn't so bad. I used to think that Japanese prime minister from 2002 looked interesting. Loved his hair. Tony Blair was kinda cute......and the rest... I think you would have to know them to love them.
14He is smart, but smart to benefit only for himself. He uses his power in the wrong direction. A dump from me.
